IT ALL STARTED WITH MY PUMP.
Well, let’s back up a little bit. Back in 2017, I was a 20-something mom who was forced into exclusively pumping for my baby who wouldn’t latch. I had no idea what I was really doing.
Desperate for some help, I met with a Lactation Consultant who ended up giving me all the wrong advice and causing me to almost lose my supply. Like most of the other Lactation Consultants in my (future) field, she knew how to help women nurse but she didn’t know how to help women pump.
This experience made me realize EXACTLY
how little information, resources and support was out there.
March 2020
Had my second baby and was forced into exclusively pumping... again. This was the moment I realized moms like me needed more information + support when it came to pumping.
JUNE 2020
Started my account @onewiththepump to educate moms with tips and tricks I used as a mom to make my pumping journey easier.
AUGUST 2020
Became a certified lactation counselor and started consults teaching friends, family members and strangers on the street how to pump.
SEPT. 2022 - FEB. 2023
Dedicated to helping moms, I would have consults early mornings, lunch breaks, and late evenings.
MARCH 2023
Celebrated my last day as a teacher to focus on One With The Pump full time.
AUGUST 2023
Launched my first course The Ultimate Pumping Course™ which has since taught thousands of moms from around the world how to pump better.
2024
Started partnering with brands like Babies R Us, Buy Buy Baby, BabyList and more to teach moms how to pump better IRL (in real life).
SPRING 2024
Hired my team of certified lactation counselors to help as many moms as possible.
NOW, FOUR+ YEARS LATER
thousands of moms, and a slight change in my career path, One With The Pump is the go-to brand for pumping moms.
